Returns
We accept refund requests within 30 days from the date of service delivery or project completion. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The service must not have been fully implemented or deployed
- Source code and project files must be returned in original condition
- Any custom configurations or integrations must be reversible
- Third-party services or tools purchased separately are non-refundable
Refunds
Once we receive your refund request and review the project deliverables, we will notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Note: The refund amount will exclude any third-party service costs, domain purchases, hosting fees, or other external expenses incurred during the project.
Service Modifications
If you would like to modify your service package or request changes to the project scope, please contact us within 7 days of project initiation. We will provide you with:
- Revised project timeline and deliverables
- Updated pricing for additional features or services
- Clear documentation of scope changes
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once delivered:
- Consultation services - Once the consultation session is completed
- Custom development work - After final approval and delivery
- Domain registration and hosting - Third-party service costs
- Licensed software or tools - Already purchased for your project
- Completed maintenance work - Updates, fixes, and optimizations performed
Defective or Unsatisfactory Work
If your project deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications or contain significant bugs, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide free bug fixes and corrections within 30 days
- Implement missing features as per original agreement
- Offer a partial refund if issues cannot be resolved
- Provide alternative solutions to meet your requirements
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and can take an additional 3-5 business days.
